    I have a question relating to fish ,in the bible there was the story about the feeding of 5 thousand with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish .Luke 9,13 to 17.

    Tom mentions avoid animal products ,but what are your thoughts about fish.

  3. Dr. Lodi said fats are very important but I didn’t hear him say which kinds of fats he recommended other than a little coconut oil for saturated fat. What other fats does he recommend and what forms…i.e. nuts and seeds or e.v. olive oil?

  4. What does Dr. Tim Lodi consider good fats? I tried the 80 10 10 diet. I am eating a lot more fruit. I think i needed the carbohydrates or at least the calories. I am not craving grains eating more fruit. I see this as a problem but one step at a time. I am back to 100% raw. in the winter i was eating millet and brown rice. But the more i had the more i craved. My body was so cold, and winter was not that cold this year. My weight got down to 80 pounds and that scared me.My raw food diet is fresh fruits and veggies. And some seeds.Chia, flax and raw almonds bought from the farmer.
    I liked what Dr. Tim Lodi said about the blood test results. They should be low when the average are sick and not healthy. My blood tests were on the low side of normal or in the range.
