Raw Food Recipe: Nutty Nori Rolls

This recipe is one of my all time favorites. Nutty Nori Rolls.

Nori Rolls (for 3)
1 cup almonds
1 cup filberts
1/2 cup tahini
1 red peper
1 stalk celery
1 large carrot
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsly
1 tsp each dried basil and oregano
alfalfa sprouts
nori sheets
sea salt

Mince nuts with S blade. Add tahini, red pepper, garlic and herbs to produce a thick paste. Put into a bowl. Then process carrot and celery until finely minced. Mix together, adding salt. Press nut mixture onto 1/3 of the sheet of nori. Top with approximately ½ cup alfalfa sprouts.
