Here is a question I got about fasting.

Q. They claim fasting once a week can prevent many forms of disease.Can you give me your thoughts on fasting and for how long, they suggest one or two days a week,however one day a week would be better for me but your thoughts would be appreciated..Also what to drink during the fasting period and its true benefits.I look forward to your thoughts and reply.

  1. Paul, what are the names of the videos that tell the difference between detox and deficiency. I’m about ready to have a conference call with you and that’s one of the issues. I’m on the Daylight Diet-went to it like a duck to water-, but I’m having back soreness problems. Everything else is great but that and I don’t quite know how to handle that. So, in the meantime, if you could tell me those names, I’d appreciate it.
