Someone replied to my video yesterday asking this...
"I have never heard you give a single talk like this where you actually said how much food people should eat. You always use ambiguous terms like "too much". That doesn't mean anything!"
I would really like to give an exact number or even a range for people but it is not at simple as it seems and that is what I talk about in today's video. I will do my best to try in another video to give a range but do not wan to misled people.
I can tell people what too much is and I'll make a video soon about that.
I do personal one on one coaching if someone is interesting in exact numbers.
